Step 1. Placement of Potty

Choose a dedicated spot. An ideal place would be close to the door so you can transition them to outside. Get your dog familiar with the potty by allowing him or her to sniff and explore. Ensure that the location you have chosen for the Pooches Potty is consistent. This allows your pet to build familiarity and routine when using the product.

Step 2. Encouragement

When you can see your dog is getting ready for the toilet, simply put he/she on a leash and gently guide them toward the Pooches Potty. Upon completion reward your pet with a small treat.

Step 3. Routine

Create a routine. If you know when your dog is likely to use the bathroom, encourage them to go to the Pooches Potty at these times and use small rewards like treats and walks to build positive repour between the product and your pet.
